EXECUTIVE COACHING AND TRAINING FOR LEADERS.

Arti was the compere for the ceremony for the Apps for Good Awards, our biggest annual event where we bring together our students, teachers, partners and volunteers. She brought polish and professionalism to the ceremony, as well as enthusiasm and humour. From the start Arti was a pleasure to work with – flexible, thoughtful and thorough, and she provided really useful insights on the ceremony to make it the best possible experience for everyone. She also made an extra effort to meet our students and get to know us as an organisation. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her.

Arti is an excellent coach. I am used to presenting to exacting audience’s (boards, shareholders, investors, the financial community etc.). Arti came to see me present following which she coached me. I thought I was a good speaker/presenter. To say Arti’s coaching took me to another level, is an understatement. To say it changed the game is also an understatement. With Arti’s coaching, you will be playing an entirely different game.

I hired Arti to run an effective communications workshop for my fast track exec leadership programme. From the outset Arti made the group feel relaxed and her practical approach to mastering the art of effective communication was extremely innovative and the group left with a stock of useful tips and tools. Most impressive was she achieved this in just half a day. I’ll certainly be inviting her back again this year.

The training itself was reassuring, informative and engaging. I found myself wanting to do more and more exercises and role plays so as to perfect my TV interviews!! Arti was a fantastic coach and mentor throughout the day and ensured really detailed feedback for us all. I loved her bubbly personality, delivery style and her energy. She pushed us to deal with our discomforts and weaknesses and I am absolutely convinced that we all left yesterday, far richer in confidence, knowledge and awareness than any of us would have expected.

As an international law firm DLA Piper strongly believes it is essential that our people are trained in communication skills such as key messages and delivery techniques.
